 We have established our practice on a set of core values. We
make every effort to behave in accordance with them. We also use
them for our own self-evaluation.
- Truthfulness
This speaks for itself. We will disclose all
pertinent information. When we make a mistake, we admit it and
correct it. Finally, we answer all questions accurately and
truthfully.
- Courtesy
Our clients deserve to be treated with the utmost
respect. We say please and thank you and are on time for
appointments. Courtesy also demands that we return all phone calls
and emails as soon as possible.
- Golden Rule
We treat our clients in the way we would want to be
treated. We put our client’s interest ahead of our own and only make
recommendations that are in the best interests of our
clients.
- Competence
We will make every effort to maintain the highest
level of professional competence by spending several weeks a year
attending professional seminars and workshops. When an issue or
question is outside our area of expertise, we will seek out other
experts to find the answers and solutions.
- Trustworthiness
By adhering scrupulously to the values above, we will
endeavor to earn the most important asset of our business, the
